Wave Technologies, Inc began in Rural North Carolina as a Telecommunication and Internet Service provider; it later
expanded into High Speed Digital Documentation and Data
Storage Systems. In 2001 after the 9/11 attacks Wave
Technologies, began to include State and Federal Government Contracting into our Commercial activities. As we began our transition, our initial government contracts were for IT work for county and State Government and Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations for US Marine Corps.

By 2003 we transformed from our mostly commercial activity to work with the federal government, receiving contracts in C4ISR and Systems Engineering and Integration. Included in that year we moved our corporate headquarters from Lumberton, North Carolina to Ponca City, Oklahoma. By 2004 we were successful in obtaining a number of new contracts. Based on this success we opened a new office located near many of our Customers in Northern Virginia. Since that time the company has been focused on providing Systems Integration, Software Development and Open Source Intelligence Support to our customers and clients.

Our Company has remained agile, adapting and changing to match our customer’s requirements. Our business values and interest is focused on identifying and solving the pressing and important problems faced by our customers.

As most of our Customers are the United States Government, we make it important to fully understand and focus on the problems of our nation and find unique solutions to its defined issues.

Currently we are working everyday to assist the National Agencies and deployed forces in various theaters of operation. We continue to provide a unique solutions and innovative products to our customers. These products continue to evolve as we continue to provide support to the National and Tactical intelligence Community, Deployed Forces, Advanced Training Environments and Testing Scenario developments.
